We provide additional services including solid waste cleanup, contract road maintenance and snow removal with Placer County, and most recently trail development and maintenance.

The Utilities Department shop and office is located at 51 Trimont Lane, off of Northstar Drive. Should you require additional information please feel free to contact us at the address listed above or at (530) 562-0669. The office is open Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. If you have a water or sewer emergency after normal working hours or when contact cannot be made at the number listed above please call the Northstar Fire Department at (530) 562-1212. The Fire Department will contact us and we will respond as soon as possible.

The District Board of Directors, working in conjunction with Northstar Property Owners Association, Trimont Land Company, East West Partners and multiple engineering firms are continually planning for future needs. Keeping ahead of the curve will ensure a continued high quality of services and care.
