All NFD required permits are listed below under the application tab. Please fill out the appropriate application and submit to Bolk@northstarcsd.org. 

Important: Review the corresponding guidelines for your application. The guidlines are desined to help navigate state and local code requirements. 

The following projects within the Northstar Community must be reviewed by the fire department:

    • Demo/Rebuild
    • Remodel/Addition
    • Deck Remodel
    • Carport Addition or Rebuild.
    • Solar Ground or Roof Mount
    • Access Road/Driveway with removal of vegetation, disruption of utilities, or change in footprint
    • Generator or Stored Energy Projects
    • Occupancy Classification Conversion
    • Fire Alarm
    • Fire Sprinklers
    • Standpipe/Fire Department Connections
    • Permanent/ Built-in Fire Pits
    • Landscaping Projects with or without vegetation removal
    • Hot Work
  • Commecial 
    • Cell Site/Cell Tower
    • T.I.
    • Demo
    • Hood/Duct Systems
    • LGP
    • Solar Systems
    • ESS Systems
