Auctions and Surplus Property
On occasion, Northstar Community Services District offers certain items to the public per the District's approved Disposal of Surplus Property Policy.
All surplus sales will be managed by the department in which the item(s) were being used and may be sold via online auction or by sealed bid.  
When surplus items are sold by sealed bid, the notice will be posted for a minimum of seven (7) calendar days prior to the deadline for accepting bids.  
The notice will include the relevant department contact information, times available for inspection of surplus items, instructions and the location for delivering a sealed bid, and the deadline for submission.  
The surplus item(s) will be awarded to the responsive bidder offering the highest price that meets the terms and conditions outlined in the notice of sale.
All payments for items sold by sealed bid will be by certified funds payable to the Northstar Community Services District.  
Personal and/or company (business) checks will not be accepted.

Various Office Machines
Vehicles and Heavy Equipment
