The NCSD Utilities and Operations Team's primary focus is monitoring the day-to-day performance of the water and sewer systems within the Northstar Community and Martis Valley. Outside of the time spent caring for these District systems, the Utilities and Operations Team offers several services, including: 

• Solid waste clean-up throughout the District. Ranging from wildlife interactions at the Northstar Drive 
       dumpster location, maintaining the Evans Station PO Box site, on roadways and on trail networks.
  
  
• Long-term development and maintenance of the District trail system.
  
  
• Seasonal execution of road care maintenance and snow removal per contracts with Placer County.
   
• New construction water and sewer inspections for Northstar customers and similarly for Martis Valley 
       customers, where only water inspections are overseen by NCSD.
